Project Status Note
Conceptual design and proof-of-concept stage.
The Challenge
Traditional deep space communication relies on scheduled uplinks with limited bandwidth. Solar interference and planetary occlusion frequently cause data loss during critical science windows.
The Solution
We designed a decentralized mesh network protocol concept that could run on spacecraft themselves. The 'Smart Relay' nodes would predict signal windows and cache data intelligently, prioritizing telemetry during low-bandwidth events.

The Outcome
Proof-of-concept demonstrates promising approaches to improving deep space communication resilience. Architecture documentation available for partnership discussions.
